Returns

Returns are easy. Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Maybe a certain jersey does not match the color of your bike, or is a jersey not aero enough … or maybe too aerodynamic? We understand this; That is why LEMAR started to bring technical cycling fashion to you. That is why we use a return policy of 28 days.

You are able to return any item (s) from your order within 28 days from when you placed your order. The item (s) you return must be in the same condition they were delivered in: unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, 100% clean and with labels and tags intact. Once we have received the item, a refund is made for the returned item (s) minus the shipping costs (€ 12 within Europe (£ 10 from the UK), $ 35 for Rest of the World), within 12 business days via the original payment method.

You are responsible for the item (s) until we receive them.

If your order was not correct or faulty, please contact us immediately at service@lemar.cc.

To return an item:

1. Fill out the return form.
2. Pack the return form together with the item (s) including all original packaging and labeling of the product.
3. Place the prepaid return label on the package.
4. Post the package through the nearest applicable post office. (Netherlands: PostNL, elsewhere: FedEx)

Note: if you are returning items from outside the EU, you will need a customs form. Send an e-mail to service@lemar.cc and we will make one for you.

For an exchange (for example for another size, color) you place a new order and return the other article (s) as above.
