By placing an order on lemar.cc, you agree to the terms and conditions on this page. We advise you to read the terms and conditions before placing your order.

The purchase agreement is entered as soon as we have received the payment for your order and the order confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, for example products that are out of stock, incorrect prices. If your order (or part of your order) is canceled, we will contact you to find a solution or make a full refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for customers under the age of 18.

All payments on lemar.cc are secure and encrypted. Your payment information will not be stored by or visible to anyone working at LEMAR. All orders will be charged in the currency of the shopping area where the order is shipped to; EU: EUR, UK: GBP, Rest of Europe: EUR, Rest of the world: USD. Once the order is placed, your order will be charged.

VAT is included in the price for orders within the EU and United Kingdom. When you order from countries outside the EU (Rest of Europe and worldwide), you must pay import tax and import duties according to the local rules in your country when you deliver your order.

We accept the following payment methods: IDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.


All orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. International orders are shipped with FEDEX. Delivery times may vary and depend on the destination. Consult our customer service page for more information.

You can return any item (s) of your order within 28 days of placing your order. Consult our customer service page for more information.

If a product that you have purchased from lemar.cc is defective, please contact us immediately at service@lemar.cc.

As a Dutch company, all purchases via lemar.cc are subject to Dutch legislation and as such, products that you have purchased directly from us and that are defective have a warranty period of a maximum of 6 months. A complaint that is submitted within 2 months is always deemed to have been made within a reasonable time frame.

If a product purchased from one of our sales partners is defective, please contact the store where you purchased the item.

We do our best to ensure that the images and colors we display on our website are accurate, but we can not guarantee that your screen will display the colors correctly.
